Inquire + FleishmanHillard

Thank you!
Thank you so much for asking us to bid on this project. We'd be grateful to assist.

Objective
Capture Subway's Superbowl activation with high quality video, sound, and still images.

Deliverables
· 1 day shoot (2/11) with a still, video, and editing crew
· 2x hard drives w/ all assets (1x for agency, 1x for client)
· 1 x ~2 Minute Sizzle and Media Package

Estimate Overview
For prep, we have some coordination time and a half-day scout with a field producer and the DP. For the shoot, we've estimated a field producer to assist with talent releases and coordination, 1 DP, 1 camera operator, 1 still shooter, a gaffer, sound recordists, and 2 PAs.
For still shooters, we have estimated to work with Jesse Rieser. Note: he is represented by Anderson Hopkins but for this job would work direct through Inquire. As another option, at a reduced rate ($1k less) of what is estimated, we've confirmed availability with Mark Peterman. Both are exceptional, have good rapport with the video team, and will excel in this setting. This estimate includes a file hand off and full rights for broadcast and social. If you'd like editing or retouching, we can estimate on a per image basis.
For equipment, we have planned for two 4k cameras (Canon C500 and R5) that can capture raw color, a gimbal or EZ-Rig, a 1-ton van package with lighting and grip support including 8x and 4x frames with diffusion or bounce, and a strobe package for stills.
For post-production, to create a media package and sizzle we estimated a 12 hour day of a lead editor, an assistant editor, and a library fee for stock music that will cover social and PR uses. If we wanted to remove this option, we'd find a savings of $1.6k.
Other areas of saving could include removing the field producer and the assistant editor.
Below you can find an estimate overview. The full budget is here.  This is not a fixed bid and can be adjusted to align a production approach with your needs and budget.

General Terms

Through production, any possible overages will be shared with client before incurring cost and must be approved in writing. Savings will be communicated as well with options for reallocation.
