Objective
Communicate to physicians that COVID is still real, there proven early detection methods, and there are new treatment programs that work well.

Creative Overview
In order to win this grant, we feel that your regional focus will be a key differentiator. With that we recommend finding three physicians around the state that fit different profiles: a community health practice, a private practice, and a large institution. With each we will make a :90 profile video of the physician and their work that highlights a strong position on the seriousness of COVID today, as well as the prevention and treatment methods they are using—and how they are working.
These videos can be distributed through a targeted social campaign to physicians with similar profiles, throughout the Southwest.
Additionally, we will create a 2-3 minute video with these three different physicians that shows them speaking with a unified voice about the seriousness of the threat and the best practices they are utilizing.
The videos will be shot to make these physicians look like rock stars and the overall tone will feel encouraging and empowering.
Estimate Overview
We planned on a 4 day shoot, with 2 of those days being out of Phoenix. Crew would consist of 2 person crew both days, consisting of a Producer/Director a DP, and an assistant. We estimated to shoot everything on high-end 4k cameras with cinema lenses along with a documentary style lighting and sound kit.
For post-production, we estimated adequate time to cut these four videos and do a Spanish version on one of the profile videos. Once a fine cut is approved, we move to color correction and sound mix with high-end color and sound studios.
General Terms
A 50% deposit to begin work, 25% at the start of production, and balance at the close of production NET 15. client can cancel production at any time though is liable for any costs incurred up to point of the cancelation. This is not a fixed bid and can be adjusted as needed. Through production, any possible overages will be shared with client before incurring cost and must be approved in writing. Savings will be communicated as well with options for reallocation.
